Prior to working in the NBA, Hackett designed and directed the strength and conditioning programs at the University of Wisconsin for the school’s men and women basketball, football (1993 Rose Bowl Champs) and track teams. He has extensive experience in testing, teaching, and coaching athletes.
He also served as an assistant track coach for three years for the Badgers. Hackett is a graduate of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree of science. While at Wisconsin, he competed as a sprinter on the badger track team. He was a three – time USA Olympic Trial Qualifier and NCAA Champion; competed in the 100 and 200 meters. Hackett and his wife, Renee, have three children, Amari, Kiara, and Laila.

Evaluation

Evaluation cost $25.00 - $50.00
Sport Evaluation
Series of test assessing balance, running, and symmetry and muscle strength; in addition we use cameras, to analyze movements consistent with your sport.
(I.e. jumping, cutting, lateral movements etc.)
Skills and performance training and combine testing
Athlete consulting seminars with professionals in your field
The videos are then analyzed for biomechanical movements impairments. Based on the information obtained during your examination. I will make treatment recommendations to remedy the deficiencies noted.
Running Analysis:
Help identify biomechanical tendencies that will improve a runner’s efficiency that will help in the result in possible future injury. Further testing such as strength, flexibility and joint range of motion maybe performed to determine the cause(s) of noted movement impairments.
